   • Camera access: the camera is used to scan QR and barcodes for membership and document verification. No images other than the scanned code are stored.
   • Usage information: technical details such as device type, operating system, and in-app activity.

   We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

   • To create and manage your account and membership.
   • To verify memberships and documents.
   • To deliver App services, notifications, and updates.
   • To keep the App secure, fix issues, and improve quality.

   • Authorized Association officials who verify memberships (e.g., membership validators).
   • Trusted service providers needed to operate the App (servers, database).
